Abstract

Everyday stress affects health and well-being, stemming from work pressures, financial issues, personal relationships, and life changes. Short-term stress can enhance performance, but chronic stress negatively impacts mental and physical health. Effective management involves strategies like physical activity, relaxation techniques, setting boundaries, and fostering social support. Recognizing stress sources, such as daily tasks and personal reactions, is crucial for implementing practical solutions. Shifting mindsets and applying cognitive reframing can reduce stress. By consistently managing stress, individuals can achieve a better life balance and improved satisfaction.
